Pre-Employment Requirements:
In order to move forward with employment, the following are required to be provided to Inspire, Inc.
Fingerprint Clearance Card Website
Criminal History Self Disclosure Affidavit (CHSD) (Must be notarized)
Once these are provided to Inspire, Inc., the New Hire Orientation and Onboarding (NHO) process may begin, see below.
Employee New Hire Orientation and Onboarding (NHO) Requirements:
Once the above Pre-Employment requirements have been met and proof has been provided to Inspire, Inc., the New Hire Orientation and Onboarding (NHO) can commence.
During the NHO, you will be required to complete your Federal and State forms. The links are also provided below if you wish to complete them in advance.
